Tours and Guest Speakers
We organize aviation-related tours that provide members with meaningful, hands-on exposure to the aviation industry. These experiences are designed to go beyond the classroom and offer real-world insight into how different sectors of aviation operate on a daily basis.
Tours may include visits to airports, flight schools, aircraft maintenance facilities, fixed-base operators (FBOs), aviation companies, and other industry organizations. During these visits, members have the opportunity to observe operations up close, ask questions, and interact with professionals actively working in the field.
Our Guest Speaker Series brings together pilots, aviation professionals, and industry leaders from a wide range of backgrounds to share their personal experiences, career paths, and insights into the aviation industry.
These sessions are designed to educate, inspire, and connect our community by highlighting real stories from individuals who are actively working in aviation. Speakers may include airline pilots, flight instructors, aerospace professionals, maintenance technicians, aviation managers, and other experts across the field.
Ambassadorship
The Women With Wings Ambassadorship Program is designed for passionate individuals who are committed to representing our mission, building community, and inspiring the next generation of women in aviation.
Ambassadors serve as leaders and advocates within their communities while helping expand the reach and impact of Women With Wings globally.
Ambassador Responsibilities
As a Women With Wings Ambassador, members are expected to represent Women With Wings in a positive and professional manner while supporting the growth of the organization. Ambassadors help us post on instagram and attend events to represent WWW!
Ways to Get Involved
Ambassadors are encouraged to take initiative and participate in additional opportunities, including:
– Visiting schools, libraries, or community groups to inspire future aviators
– Participating in or leading projects and initiatives
– Helping establish or grow local Women With Wings chapters
– Serving in chapter leadership roles, such as chapter president
– Engaging in mentorship opportunities within the community
– Attending and supporting Women With Wings events and programs
