Beth Ramirez
Beth Ramirez is the founder of Women With Wings, a growing community dedicated to supporting and empowering women in aviation. An airline pilot at a regional carrier, she is passionate about creating opportunities for connection, mentorship, and growth within the industry. Outside of flying, Beth enjoys art, preparing for beauty pageants, and spending time with her family and pets.
Kyathi Uyyala
Kyathi Uyyala is the Director of Women With Wings, where she helps lead initiatives that support and empower women in aviation. After serving as an ambassador for three years, she stepped into her current role in July 2025. She is a student at the University of North Texas pursuing a degree in Computer Science with a minor in Aviation Logistics, and she is also a CFI at American Flyers in Addison, Texas. Outside of aviation, Kyathi enjoys baking and crocheting.
Lexi Hargis
Lexi Hargis is a commercial instrument rated Helicopter Pilot & has her SEL Private Pilot’s license for fixed wing. She is type rated on several different helos, but her most notable is the UH-60M Blackhawks. She started flying for the US Army in 2015 & her journey has expanded since her time out of service to now flying tours & charters! She is currently building time to one day fly for conservation projects or the forest service. She loves getting to be a part of women with wings, She enjoyed cohosting our first gala and hope to continue seeing it grow. She loves the community and hearing all the women’s stories, and she loves getting to represent for Whirly Girls and showcasing the diversity of aviation!
