Mrs. Women With Wings

Beth Ramirez Jurado is the visionary behind Women With Wings, a community dedicated to empowering and uplifting women in aviation. As Mrs. Women With Wings, she leads with heart, authenticity, and a deep commitment to creating space for female aviators to connect, grow, and soar.

A professional airline pilot, Beth brings the same precision and passion she uses in the cockpit into every part of her life. Beyond aviation, she is an accomplished artist, known for her expressive, aviation‑inspired paintings that blend movement, emotion, and storytelling. Her art has become an extension of her mission.

Beth is also the founder of Pilots Against Human Trafficking, an initiative uniting aviators to raise awareness, educate communities, and support global efforts to combat human trafficking. Her advocacy work reflects her deep commitment to using her platform for meaningful impact.

Pageantry is another space where Beth shines. She loves the challenge, creativity, and empowerment that come with competing. Through pageants, she champions aviation, women’s empowerment, and her humanitarian work, proving that strength and femininity can coexist beautifully.

When she’s not flying, painting, or preparing for her next competition, Beth enjoys time with her husband and their animals, dreaming up new ideas to expand the Women With Wings community. Her journey continues to inspire thousands of women to chase their dreams, lift each other up, and embrace the power of their own wings.
